Usage: Used as a buffer, chelating agent, yeast active agent, emulsifying salt and an antioxidant synergist in the food industry. Also used as stabilizer for coffee mate and soy milk drink,as a nutritional, bacteria blocking agent in fermentation processes.

Packaging and storage: In 25kg/50Lb kraft paper bags, 500kg/1000kg jumbo bags. Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area.
